Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps by email.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective products

If your Velaris arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
